What Doctors Don’t Tell You About Tubal Ligation

Not sure what to do...

by Klueless

I had my "tubes tied" after my fifth child, while I was in Africa on mission. My doctors recommended I do it because of my circulatory problems and varicose veins.

I did this for "health reasons" thinking that I was saving myself from a risky future. Now, six years later, I'm suffering from very long and painful periods with heavy bleeding and mood swings. I also get pain in my joints often. I just recently started researching more to find out what's wrong with me and I found some eye opening information about hormone imbalances and now this site.

I feel cheated, enraged, almost abused. I've asked every doctor that I've seen if the tubal ligation could be what is causing all this trouble, and they all deny it. Now I see that I took more of a risk by undergoing the tubal ligation.

Is there anything I can do to heal from this? I live on a tight budget for a family of seven. I can't afford specialised medical care. Is there any natural, less expensive healing methods that I could try?

Any tips or suggestions, wee word of wisdom are greatly appreciated. I'm a person who loves life with a passion but my health challenges lately have been difficult to bear. By staying positive, I'm sure I can overcome but I need to do more to get on the path of better health.

Thanks in advance for your advice.
