  • I don't know what to do!

I had my tubal in July 2005. I tried to talk my husband into getting a vasectomy, but he would have no part of it. So I thought I would just do it and I would be fine. At least that's what everything I read said. I knew something was wrong the first time that my husband and I attempted to have sex, about two weeks after the surgery. I felt almost numb and sex didn't feel andything like it had before. First I thought it would go away with time, but it's been two and-a-half years now and it hasn't improved. The only way I can explain it is that my orgasms used to be like an M-80 going off and now they are more like a small firecracker that is a dud. What bothers me the most is that I still have the desire and when we have sex I feel like I'm working up to a great orgasm like I remember, but then it just kind of fades away. It's almost like the nerves have been cut or something. I have a lot of the other symptoms that people talk about, too. Does anyone else have sexual problems after a tubal? I'm only 36 and I feel like my life is over.
