...on this watch, as it did not find any taker during this weekend's auction. Anyone there know what the bidding stopped at?

didn't sell :-( usually modern pieces never go very high at the Geneva auctions of course

...but I was wondering where the bidding stopped before it was pulled. I am sure there must have been at least one bid!

With a number '14', it takes out most East Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) bidders; sounds like the phrases "Instant Death", "Mixed Death" or "Immediate Death" in those languages.

Also, the global mini-meltdown of stock markets and currency chaos does not help.
