I would definitely say the Eastern Front because Hitler considered the USSR to be the grand prize. And since the USSR had the quantitative advantage, the only way the Germans could counter was with quality. Also, consider the fact the Western front was relatively secure prior to D-Day, thus those areas could be occupied by "green" troops.

All germans soldiers were good;germans soldiers were famous since times ago;but,the cause they gotin WWII, were no good,so,they dont got best troops in any part, since they lost the war;had the best who won.

I agree that all Wehrmacht soldiers were trained to a high standard, but the best of those units plus the best of the SS were used on the Eastern Front because the USSR at the time was the most dangerous and powerful enemy. For Germany it was very simple: defeat Russia and they would win.
