Maybe Mr Chen payed someone to shoot him in the leg so he could order a state of emergency which would prevent over 2000 service men from voting at the same time he could win the symtherty of the taiwanese people

Do you know LiAo? The most famous Taiwanese writer?

He said today on TV that Most of the Taiwanese are no-ball cowards who only dare to do mouth-talk but if facing guns they will piss in pants lol

LiAi asks me to tell all of us that no need to take taiwanese cowards seriously lol

Jes, how can he bash taiwanese like this on TV haha lol

There is no evidence thus far to suggest that there was any foul play involved... So until something else surfaces... Auckum's razor applies.

United We Stand.

"Now, while still pursuing the method of realising our overall strategic concept, I come to the crux of what I have travelled here to say. Neither the sure prevention of war, nor the continuous rise of world organisation will be gained without what I have called the fraternal association of the English-speaking peoples. This means a special relationship between the British Commonwealth and Empire and the United States. Thus, whatever happens, and thus only, shall we be secure ourselves and able to work together for the high and simple causes that are dear to us and bode no ill to any. Eventually there may come—I feel eventually there will come—the principle of common citizenship, but that we may be content to leave to destiny, whose outstretched arm many of us can already clearly see.

Is;nt it a bit too coincidental that the shooting happens BEFORE the army and civil service vote which have TRADITIONALLY voted for the KMT and that Chen calls off the election so that immediatly disqualifies 700 000 ~ 1 000 000 KMT voters from the election...

however it would have been too risky to stage an assualt like that and it doesnt look planned. that guy didnt look like much of a marksman. IF he WAS hired by someone wanting to assassinate him (Lien , China) they would probably have been provided with a decent weapon and one that could take him out long range.

FALSE, he tried to use this as backing for his election but if the recount fails then hes committed political suicide... (i hope this happens)

first of all Chen was hit on his leg

so maybe he told the shooter to purposely hit his leg so that he won't die a fatel death but atleast he can win the taiwanese sympathery at the sametime order a state of emergency

he was kimmed in the leg, that a risky operation...what if it did hit him? id be glad but he wouldnt.

we come to the conclusion : botched assassination or sneaky election tactics?
