A confidential study into the educational standards of soldiers has revealed that half of all new infantry recruits only have the reading and writing skills of 11-year-olds.

The study commissioned by the Ministry of Defence, which the Telegraph has seen, also discloses that a fifth of recruits have the literacy and numeracy levels of seven-year-olds. Four per cent are at the standard of the average five-year-old.

Among the problems uncovered were one soldier who admitted that he struggled to write letters to his young daughter and another who wrote "riht" for write, "cepe" instead of keep, and "rifel" for rifle.

But,if they are good in the work and better in action and win the battle its Ok;they will be soldier and not writer or Reader Digest reader,so if they do some wrongs when they write its not a great problem and after some news lessons in army or some other force they can will be good in read and write if it can be better for them and all.

As Infatry, you dont need a great deal of education, they are all expendible.

But the foot soldier is one of the most important aspects of any army

yes, you wouldnt need an army. USA deems your territry as strategically important so you have protection. would you mind if you threw away the lives of a million men? its not like tossing a can away, its actaully someone. a person with individual thoughts. soldiers are humans too! During war, they are heroes, in peacetime , they are scum.

BTW, if you were in the army you would be expendable too jk

I condemn the Imperialist - Christian genocide of the Iraqis , NAtive Americans , Muslims , Chinese , Vietnamese , Somalians , Koreans , .... and others in the Double faced - Disgusting imperialist empire also known as the West .

If its against us Asians, it is treated as a small matter, if the same Incident happens against the west it is an _ASTROCITY*
