i like it ebcause it will give soldiers a chance to use more modern equitment and become an organized unti instead of a screaming mass.

People's Soldiers I mean PLA (People's Liberation Army).

PLA is often put into action during disasters like flood, earthquacks etc.

Oh Ok, Same sort of thing as Reserve Force...can they be brought into actual combat?

of course every soldier can be brought into battle fields lol
