I would have to say Costa Rica or some other caribean states. they never get involved in anything.

BTW, operation12, isnt your sig the same as Faz1? The SAF is a military force, not a civilian cooperation which is Singapores premier counter terrorist operation. just remebred that.

I don't agree with Operation12's list. Singapore faces a pretty big danger because it is next to Moslem Malaysia and quite close to Moslem Indonesia. Brunei is also next to Indonesia. And Hong Kong is a major financial centre; any place with major financial power is bound to have major US and UK "targets." And don't forget that pro-Taiwan independance factions can also see the potential for striking Hong Kong.

yes but Hong Kong has no quarrel with any countries or ethnic racial group and plus Hong Kong is just small city which makes it easier for the Hong Kong police force to prevent a terrorist attack

Operation12, i thought you lived here? You seem very out of touch with the present HK situation.
Firstly, We do have quarrels. With CHina, Vietnam, Taiwan and several african countries.
Secondly, ever hear about vietnamese boat people here? this quarrel has escalated and has brought on more conflict which will someday lead to anger and action. also, a few months ago in legaslitive council, they talk about only give ID to gweilo and chinese. no asians. Does that make sense to you? it looks racist to me. i thought we had asian leaders now?
Thirdly, Hong Kong is a small place. That may help the poice find people, but seeing HK is supposedly "International" lots of shipping arrives here and is re-exportedwithout being checked. so easy smuggle a bomb to a hotel in a food truck and explode it. Not really that good.
Lastly, i wish to remind you that HK has no dedicated counter terrorist force here. Your Signature is wrong.
