Non-Jewish people tend to get carried away and end up defimating the entire Jewish population. This is unfair because they have contributed many things to the societies where they have lived. Some examples include:
Philantrophy, especially towards education and medicine. The Montréal Neurological Institute, a world class research and treatment centre, would not have been possible were it not for the donation of the Rockefeller family. And the Bronfman family, another prominent Jewish family, built many of the buildings used by Montréal's four universities.
Sigmund Freud for his pioneering work in psychiatry
Polio vaccine, discovered by a Russian-Jewish researcher named Jonas Edward Salk.
Insulin, discovered by a team led by Dr Fredrik Banting
Photoelectic effect, which led to the Theory of Relativity, the work done by Albert Einstein
etc.
People also forget the fact Jewish people generally have a very strong work ethic, which has been reinforced by their historic mistreatment. This hard work translates into large companies or ground breaking science. And while many large companies might be run by Jewish persons, they were either handed down to them by previous generations of their family, or they earned it by having high grades in school. (No, you cannot just give straight A's to people that know absolutely nothing.)
While one may accuse those Jewish people of cronyism or nepotism once they achieve senior corporate postions, that is no different than other humans.

I can agree they control a huge amount of the media. Then again, they don't control al-Jazeera, BBC, France 2 and other networks, and there are a vast amount of sources on the Internet. And non-Jews are free to start up their own media companies; BET is an example to successful non-Jewish media, as is al-Jazeera.
If you despise their attitude then that is fine. I would also encourage you to channel that energy to improve yourself to the point you are just as valuable as a Jewish worker.

Dan, I don't care about religious Jews. Generally, Jews are agnostics and liberals. Religious fundamentalists will always exist, and having a few of them is always good.
However, it is bad, when the religious fundamentalism has mass appeal over the general population.

The way I see it is that when the Jews were throwen out of the Middle East the spread throughout the world. They started bussiness of all sorts, spread to America along with the Irish,Italians etc and built these countries from scratch.
So over hundreds of years they have been at the forefront of work and bussiness. Then jelousy and hatred against them grew, racism,persecution,exile again and then WW2 happened and Israel was created.
The Palastinians were granted there own land too but didnt proclaim a state when Israel did, they lost the war, lost there land to Egypt and Jordon and now they are upset and want less than what they had in the beginning.
Back to the supject but that is why the Jewish people have contributed so much. They have always been at the forefront of education and technology.
