Identify the ship

This ship has long history it served in 4 navies.
It will not be easy but i think it will be surprise.

Here is another pic and clue.
3 of the 4 country that use this ship are :Brittany, China, .... ,Israel.

Was it manufactured in britania?

I am guessing it is the SS United Victory class armed cargo ships.  USA and UK would have needed them to ferry supplies from Canada and USA to the UK; US navy would have used them to supply the Republic of China; and Israel would have taken them from surplus US inventories.

Built by: Swan Hunter and Wigham Richardson Ltd. (Wallsend-on-Tyne, U.K.): Wallsend
Ordered:
Laid down: 10 Aug, 1939
Launched: 9 Apr, 1940
Commissioned: 12 Oct, 1940
End service:

History: Transferred to China May 1948 and renamed Lin Fu. sold to the Egyptian Navy becoming Mohamed ali-El-Kebir 15 November 1949, renamed Ibrahim-El-Awal 1951. Was captured by the Israeli navy after combat and surrender in the 1956 Sinai campaign. Renamed INS Haifa. Was decommissioned in 1968 and sunk as a target ship after being hit by a Gabriel missile.
