Sp who do you think would win (WITHOUT using nukes and note if Germany wanted to produce nukes it could do it )?

German army would roll into Paris if nuclear weapons were denied to the French.

That would have been my reaction, but seeing the massive cut-back of the German armed forces, I have to wonder.... By size, Germany has larger ground forces, and probably equal or better in quality as well. If they have the shock going for them, mechanized warfare over European plains is Germany's game.

Air would be a problem, however, until Eurofighters come in. Mirage2000 is much better fighter than ICE Phantoms, AMRAAM or not. France would rule the sky with their E-3 and Mirage aircrafts.

Just saying it's not one-sided. It wouldn't have been so one-sided had the French forces been more prepared for Germany's fighting style in WWII. They had enough assets.
