Running is a huge part of boxing. If you're not doing your road work(running)than you are just taking up space in the gym. I find a good routine for running is to simulate a full length fight that you would be boxing. A four round fight for instance consists of you stretching & warming up before the actual fight, four round of boxing, three 1 minute rests between rounds & the cooling down process after a fight. So the routine usually starts off with about 5 minutes of stretching & 10 minutes of light shadow boxing to loosen up. Next I start off walking for about 3-5 minutes to adjust to the climate. Alright here's where it picks up. I sprint for 50 seconds & jog for 15 (that equals 65 seconds) sprint again for 50 seconds & jog for 15 (that equals 130 seconds) sprint one more time for 50 seconds & stop to rest fo 60 seconds.That equals 180 seconds of sprinting & jogging which is equivalent to 1 round of boxing & 1 rest interval.
Remember to rinse & only drink small amounts of water between intervals just as you would in a boxing match.
Repeat the above directions four times to simulate a four round fight. After the fourth repetition replace fluids to cool down.
This routine will help you with stamina & fight endurance beyond your belief. Try it a few times & you'll see a huge difference in your ring stamina & your ability to recover from high punch output during a fast paced sparring session.

hey ive had 20 ammeteur fights ive won all 20 and all 20 by knock out but now every 1 refuses 2 fight me and i want at least 5 more fights before i turn pro wat should i do
Tell me your weight and your location... Im sure i can find you some opponents. I have many contacts in the sport, and this is the first time i have heard your problem... Also, if i can have the name of your gym, that would be helpful as well.
