| First i would like to say this site is great alot of good tips thanks
but ive only boxed for a little while and i injuried my shoulder, i am going to physio now and i'm wondering what other training i can do while i wait? |

Well I would continue to Work your Legs and foot work as long as it doesnt bring problems to your shoulder..
Maybee Bicycleing and toe stands.. | |
