you're site is excellent man. theres alot of good information here, some of the free tips i wasnt even taught during my boxing training, so this site has definetly helped
things i might suggest, although they arent significant(i do believe your site stands well on its own), are maybe a more visually attractive interface.
also id like to see products that you would recommend. now im not sure if you've included this in your paid program, becuase i havent purchased it yet, but if you havent that might be a nice thing to add. just what kinda gloves, i know there are an assortment of different kinds of gloves for differnt kinds of things, etc, head gear, protein shakes, bags, other training equiment, etc.
Hey Bill,
You've got some great stuff on here. I was wondering if I could get some advice on maybe a weight training program. I want to stay light weight, but be strong and defined. Thanks.
I would to see more tecs on how to punch and move how to take it to the gut and manover most people ask how to knock some one els out that is not what boxing is about man u know peace form maxwellmuredu will see that name in the pros in 10 years
Your site is great on its own, no contest. The only things i can suggest is weight training (if not in the paid program) along with a set training schedule. Also, if protein shakes and supplements such as Blitz or Tight are good to be taking. Other than that, great site!
I would like to see a little more control on the site. I feel there are allot of kids talking smack instead of boxing. I would like to volunteer for moderating the site in order to keep it about boxing, and not garbage talk etc...
Also, i think you can bring the site into contents. The way Rossboxing.com does it. Boxing talk, traingin, nutrition, and weight training.
