the excercices i do are: jogging, crunches, oblique crunches, vertical leg excercices, punching bag, weights, and sometimes biking. just don't do your workout everyday. lift weights every other day. you can do crunches everyday.
jog about 1/2 mile one day. then do 2 miles the next. thats what i do. just do whatever suites your fancy or what ever fancies your suites. lol.

I'd recommend

I think it's best for you to do weight lifting one day, with an abs circiut, with a light run afterwards, and then the next day do boxing stuff, with a heavier run. now if you can replace those runs with swimming, you got 'er made.

what i mean by every other day is do your whole workout on tuesday or something then do it on thursday. it gives you a one day rest in between.

all the excercices i have mentioned are used by boxers. i don't know if i mentioned jumping rope or pushups but those would be good to add to the excercices i mentioned in the previous posting. i'm not sure if mohomid did shadow boxing underwater but is sure sounds good to me. try it.

FYI: Ali didn't train underwater he was a bad swimmer and didn't like the water. He only posed for a sports magzine throwing punches underwater for a publicity stunt.

Sounds good

Shadowboxing under water sounds like a great idea, I can't see why it wouldn't work. I wouldn't do it with weights on your arms though, the momentum could cause an injury. Puttin them on your ankles should do well though.
