Double end bag questionSeptember 24 2004 at 4:26 PM | Anonymous (no login) |
| Hey everyone I just bought a double end bag but I can't attach it to the floor only to the ceiling so I bought an anchor for the floor. It's just this vinyl material type bag that fills up to 70 pounds of water or sand or whatever and u can attach a heavy bag or double end bag to it. I was justwondering if the 70 pounds was enough weight to keep the anchor bag from moving when I am hitting the bag. some people say when working the double end bag, you don't hit for power but for speed and accuracy and reflex, but others say to hit it with all your power. which way should i do it to get good hand eye coordination. i would particularly like PALBOXER to gimme info but anyone is welcome to give their opinions. thanks guys. |
