| Ima really old dude, compared to all of you young bucks, lol.
Have been training with a heavy bag for a couple of years.
I think I have the basics down jab left and right cross, uppercuts, movement etc. of course any of you would probably kill me in the ring but thats another thing.
I am never going to fight in a club or anything but like to be able to take care of myself should I ever get into a tussle. I like keeping in shape and the heavy bag has really worked well. It took a few months before my hands got adjusted to the impact of the bag, I use wraps and good striking gloves etc.
I guess my question is what routines should I use to get better I can go a fairly long time without getting winded, usually start with some light weights, then some pushups then the bag then some heavier dumbells to finish off.
Im lightly built, small bones but have a lot of handspeed which I guess is good.
5"10" 160 lbs
Any advice? |

what is exactly would you like to achieve? if you want to become a better boxer, the only thing you can really do is go to a gym and get a trainer and start sparring and get some experience.
now, if you want some tips on how to bulk up or how to get more cardiovascular endurance or whatever, i can help you with that. | |
