hey guys i am in a situation now where i have no boing equipments to train with.... i shadow box for around 12 rounds everyday and do rounds of combos repetition.... i also do some body movement exercises like circliing my arm..... i can't do stuff like pushups and pullups since my wrist is still recovering from an injury.... any idea what i can do to increase my punching power and speed without any boing equipments at all?
