Help Establishing a Routine...

Hey Guys...

Im 17 years old, 5'8 130lbs, and Im just getting into boxing. Im checking around for gyms in the area, but the closest I can find are like an hour away. I have been lifting, jogging, hitting the bag and shadow boxing for about 6 months now. Me and some buddies spar quite a bit, and have matches with anyone that want to (so they can throw haymakers all day and I can work on my technique.) I have searched around (on this forum and other sites) trying to establish a good workout routine, but I can't put one together without leaving something out. If anyone could help me please send me an email, any help would be greatly appreciated!

as you noted in your title, a routine must be established. you simply cant be given one and start following it. i recommend starting off by doing weights every second day and running before the weights. then start working in other things like plyometrics, intervals, etc, etc.
