Im 14 5' 10" and I weigh 125 lbs I have a heavy bag hanging up in my shed and my friends tell me that I should get into boxing because I hit hard Im fast and when I fight around with them they say I like like a natural im trying to find a workout regemine for me so that I can get stronger and bulk up a little bit but should I like hit the punching bag alot to develope technique or for power or a little for both and im planning on getting a speed bag but after I train for all this stuff how would I get into actual boxing where I have a trainer and how much would it cost and all this because what I want to do is either be a boxer play basketball be a mechanic or maybe just lift weights to be a bodybuilder
