Conditioning

My strategy early on has been to get in good conditioning each day with 8 rounds consisting of 3 minutes with a 1 minute rest period (somewhat copying the procedure of a professional fight) and then doing straight jump rope for 15 minutes for agility...I also lift every single morning from 6-7:15 for football, while working in special arm and shoulder lifts for boxing...my problem is my weight...I i want to fight in a lighter weight class but im in very good shape with 13% body fat...I was wondering if you had any tips to lose fat without having to take supplements...when fight time comes i know the normal routine of spitting in a cup and not drinking water and starvation for a day, or very little meals, i know the routine so if you got anything new that'd be great

I guess if you want to lose the weight for a up coming fight the best thing to do is eat but small portions (small salad, no dressing) also putting layers on and I mean layers: long johns, tank top, long sleeve shirt, t-shirt, sweatshirt, sauna suit, like 3 pairs of sweatpants. Then you go to a sauna or really warm room. You could go into your bathroom and turn the water on hot, hot as it can get, and let it run so you are producing steam. Then vasiline your face all up and put on a winter hat along with the hood of one of your sweatshirts and jump rope till you can't take it any longer. guranteed you do it long enough (1 hour) you can lose up to a minimum of 5lbs.
