Hello everyone, my name is ryan and i've been boxing now for 2/3 years. i now know what sort of foods to eat but cant seem to get a schedule to work around. i dont want to put weight on i just want to start gettin lean, please help and suggest diets you've done or are currently doing? thanx for your time!
its all about protein this might sound stupid and only off the movies but crack an egg in ur milk its tons of protein even tho it tastes like ass or just eat fried eggs protein is a key
dnt starve urself or anyfin just cutt the fatty foods out n eat pasta n things lyk tha u sed u know wat eat , eat them sort of things, i have trouble meeting the weights aswell. My tip is intead of eating ur meal at set times only eat when ur hungry.
