PS Is the contention of those who believe that Sudhalter fabricated the stories behind Evans' back that Sudhalter kept two sets of books, one he fed to Evans and one he sent to the publisher? What about the proofs? Didn't Evans get proofs? Did he protest in writing to the publisher about the so-called fabricated stories?
