Easily identifiable are Whiteman himself, along with Min Leibrook, Mike Pingitore and announcer Ted Husing. Nearest to the reader is almost certainly Harry Goldfield and to the extreme right, George Marsh. Of the other musicians, surely it's Bix sitting next to Goldie and next to him, Jack Fulton. The artist may not have known or realised that Bix played cornet, so unknowingly gave him a trumpet to play instead.
