You did misquote Sudhalter.

You claim that accuracy is important to you. In one posting you displayed concern about Gande vs Gandee. You used the incorrect spelling Gande because that was the way it was spelled in the article you were transcribing.

Now all of a sudden the difference between what you quoted and what Sudhalter wrote becomes nitpicking. Just accept the fact that you provided a false quoteed "there is little early documentation." [Note 1] instead of the accurate "With all the principals long dead and little early documentation"
