It's a great rendition, from Voc/Bruns records. Buster Bailey was a clarinet master, I'd guess all the clari heard in there is his. Your sax break at 2:37 has to be Coleman Hawkins' tenor... I must have heard it elsewhere, although a specific instance doesn't come to mind.

On the tonic chord, one line per beat -
i (up)
iii i
iiib iiib iiib (dn) i vi v
iiib iiib iiib (dn) i vi v

The last two lines would be a pair of ~3~ s.
