      Professor Hot Stuff got in touch with Andy Senior (http://radiolablog.blogspot.com) who had played "Is It A Sin?" in one of his programs. Andy suggests that the band is similar to bands listed in Rust under Irving Kaufman around 1928, basically musicians from the California Ramblers contingent. The trumpet and sax players were Fred van Eps, Jr. and Pete Pumiglio at the time. Could these be the Bix-like and Tram-like guys in "Is It A Sin?"? Opinions?
