Imagine how intensely sublime a Mills / Boswell / Crosby joint could have been - just the eight of them, a capella, in typically complex Connie Boswell / Donald Mills arrangements. It could have happened anytime between 1931 and 1936, since they all worked for Brunswick, then Decca. I wonder why Dave Kapp never thought of it.
