I am a 50 year old, twice divorced guy, who has always enjoyed sex -- married and single.
I definitely had more sex when I was married (total of 18 years). My average when married was maybe 4 or 5 times a week, with extra on weekends and vacations. That nets out to over 250 times a year -- give or take a few of course.
As a single divorced man once in my late 30's and now in my early 50's, there is plenty of opportunity for sex, but it's just not as frequent when I'm not sharing a bed with a sexy woman.
Right now I live alone but date lots, and I would say that I do it maybe 75 to 100 times a year. If I was living with a woman full-time again, the average would go back up again.
I know married friends who have to "beg" their wives for sex. That is ridiculous to me. Obviously either they married the wrong woman or are not exciting the woman they have sufficiently. |
