| Has anyone ever had an orgasm headache or a cramping in the foot?
The majority of the time I have an orgasm during intercourse my left foot curls and goes into a cramp, generally off putting when I grab my foot screaming ow ow owwwww! We've started laughing about it lol, but it's still annoying.. He finds it great because he's like I'm assuming I've done well!!!
Also depending on the severity of my orgasm, like today squirty gurty for the first time with the partner (only 2 people out of my numerous encounters have been able to) I noticed I got a migraine type headache after sex, I've had it before, but not for as long. Ideas anyone?
Today was amazing *daydreams n dribbles* aaaahhhhh :) |

"headache after sex,"
Several women I know have said that happens to them on occasion - I of course hit Google with the question and there are a lot of links to look at
http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/1439.html
That also leads to a national headache web site.
I could not resist entering cramping foot during sex and again lots of information-
http://forums.obgyn.net/young-women/YOUNG-WOMEN.0111/0084.html
"This sounds strange, but when I am close to orgasm, I often have sudden and excruciating foot cramps. Generally completly ruining the moment as they can't be ignored. Sometimes they come a while before "that moment", and are not as bad, but still distracting, as I am trying to "shake it out" at the same time. I have been unable to find anything on the topic, and I essentially never get leg cramps at any other time (only one instance comes to mind). What could it be?? Thanx in advance."
Don't bother with that link because other then letting you know it happens to other women there is no useful reply
So -- being tight on time today I suggest you hit Google and see if you can find among the many links - find one that actually gives some info on why or what to do.
I on occasions get nasty foot cramps not related to sex necessarily but that has happened during sex. Or Leg cramps. But I have to add that when I have worked harder on a good diet as well as a regular plan on exercise I never have cramps. |

All I have read so far makes sense to me because I used to have many of the same problems until I got my diet corrected along with the added exercise - Take a look at what others have done to solve this. Could be as simple as a mineral pill or a banana or two. |

My bf sometimes has such problems, but we never laugh because he has rather strong pain. As for me I don't have deep orgasms yet, I never had it until taking Sentia pills, now have them, but they are not strong in the meantime. |
