Have any of you plucked or heard of plucking your bikini area? I'm thinking about doing it...I can't see why it would be any different then waxing.

I've plucked before. It's not much different, but it takes a hella long time.

I do not like to use razors to trim my bikini area. I tried using wax remover hair strips, and they did not work very well, but plucking with tweezers does work. Yes I agree with you that it does take a long time to do too. I hate body hair though.

I always pluck down there. If you have very thick pubic hair then I would definitely suggest plucking. Just remember to stretch/loosen your neck before doing so. I had an awful neck spasm the other day while plucking.

Oh the neck spasms! I know what you mean. And the subsequent dizziness. There is a certain sentimentality associated with tweezing out individual pubic hairs, especially if you've got a 'certain someone' in mind during the process. As long as you hold the skin tight enough the initial discomfort will eventually give way to an oddly cathartic feeling. And you might find yourself feeling strangely confident afterwards.

I like plucking because you dont risk cutting yourself or rashes, and they take a while to grow back.

Yes.. the neck spasms arent great, and yes theres less bumpies than shaving, and yes it takes a while to grow back, providing you arent still pluckin when the hair starts to grow back!!!

I have read lots of boopks, mostly the really trashy novels, and theres always someone who uses some kind of cream to remove all of those unsightly female body hairs, leaving a woman nice and hair free. So I wonder what did they use back then to take away all the hair without leaving bumps and the regrowth comoing back in thick???
