everytime i go to the toilet or go to change my knickers there is always a white discharge in them is that normal? im not sure if theres something wrong with me or if thats just the way the body works...??
Every time seems excessive and that there may be a problem. Once in awhile it is common to see the white fluid (although I don't know what it is called) but not in your urine stream. How much do you see when you use the toilet?

Every woman has a natural/normal discharge. Some heavier than others. I too, see it on my underclothes all the time. As long as it is clear to white, more slimy than pasty - with no itching, burning or foul smell...you should be healthy. Ask your doctor.
