I have been coaching Defense for roughly 9 seasons and have had great success with my defense. 44 base with several situational formations.
After all this time I find myself in a position to have to take over as head coach and Offensive coordinator. Although I already have a good base for and offensive attack, I would to expand.
No good coach has ever stopped learning.
I would like to trade my defensive playbook for an offensive playbook with anyone who might be interested.
Last season, my boys pitched 3 shutouts, held 2 teams to 6 points, and earned a superbowl appearance.
It works but we need some offense.
please help. Thanks.

Hey Coach,
I would enjoy networking with you. I have coached for three years now. Junior leaugue 11-12 year olds.
Our league is based on teaching the basics so there are a lot of restrictions on the defenses we can run. It must be either a 6-2 or 5-2. The must dangerous offensive play for these defenses seems to be an outside sweep or pitch. I don't fancy myself as a stud offensive coordinator. However, I do have a few trick plays and counters that can be absolutely devastating to an unsuspecting defense. I will gladly share these plays with you if you can help me with a game plan for stopping the outside run. Please just use my regular email from this point.
Look forward to chatting with you,
Art
