Sure! I've run a no option Bone at the youth level with some success. It's great for youth ball. Lots of misdirection and off-tackle power running. Also great play action if you have a kid that can throw. If you are interested in more, let me know.

I am considering using the wishbone offense (no-option) for the exact reasons you mentioned: misdirection, off-tackle running and some play action passing. Most boys in the 5th grade do not know how to play defense well enough to cover their responsibilities on defense after a fake hand-off.
I need some advice about simple blocking schemes for offensive linemen to follow and maybe ideas for some non-complicated plays you have found successfull.
I would appreciate any advice you can give...we start practicing around the first week of August, so I need to get a little more information before we start.
Thanks for any help you can give..

If you get a copy of this could you pls send a copy my way as well. This seems to work well at the mighty mite level and have had some good success with some basic run plays out of the wishbone formation.

You Bet!
I don't, but I have a friend that started running that offense last year with 9 year old's, and they did very good. He would have to tell the QB to pitck or to keep it before the play. But it was fun to watch.
