Dear coaches , I'm Paolo, I write from Florence Italy.
I bother you to ask for same coaching help.
I have played for 13 years in Italian league in Wr and KR role; for next year the Florence team "Guelfi" (B italian team) will gave me a coaching duty on the junior team (16-19 years old boys).
I think I get same football coaching background (for the italian level) but I'd like to improve my knowledge on as many as possible football subjects.
There is sameone help me find materials about coaching (offense, defense, Special teams, drills, athletics tips, strategis, Coaching philosopy, team conduction ecc.)and professional advices or any other "tools" you think is instructive.
