I have been unsuccessful at finding out if they played different songs during the end credits at different screenings of Big Fish. I do know that the original cut contains "Man of the Hour", so i can only speculate that perhaps the theater where you viewed it, cued down the end credits music and piped in their own. If this is the case, it's a travesty!
