Response to Fruit trees

`
...Freezing temperatures return to western NY Monday night...

A potent cold front will cross western New York late Sunday into
early Monday. This cold front will usher in a much colder airmass
after several days of record breaking temperatures in the 80s across
the region. Temperatures behind the front are expected to drop into
the mid and upper 30s Monday. Furthermore...Monday night...the
combination of light winds and a colder airmass in place will allow
temperatures across the region to dip into the low to mid 20s. This
will result in a hard freeze for many locations across western NY.
The recent record warmth also has many plants...vegetation and fruit
trees in the early stages of blooming...take precautions to protect
sensitive plants and trees from the cold...if possible bring plants
inside if possible Monday night.

Mayhap it'll kill all the bugs that have crawled out of their holes early this year, though...
