I know what you mean about feeling like your vote is futile, though, Celt. The Soviet Socialist Republik of New York is pretty much "true Blue" in that it's a Democratic party citadel - mostly courtesy of New York City, I suppose.

It sometimes even makes a difference which criminal gang affiliation the guys/gals who win local offices have...  by the time you get to the state level, they might as well all be one, though.

Maybe it really does matter who wins the Presidency...

Nonetheless, I'll be getting out my "commemorative Looney" - a 1 Canadian dollar coin - to decide which lever to flip in that particular race.
