      The other night, I went outside around 2 in the morning for a walk around my place. There was a huge, bright, full moon in the sky with rings around it and the utter stillness round and about me was almost deafening. It was almost loud. There was no wind and you literally could have heard a pin drop. No dogs were barking, there were no cars driving on the roads, far off in the distance. It was completely and utterly quiet. Total peace and silence. I stood there for a good minute or two just drinking it all into the senses. Magnificent!
