Ugh! I haven't. Wish they would disappear. Guess I better get on it as the house feels cluttered to me.

We have taken most of them down, but one string around the living room has been up since we had our first christmas here. We decided that it made a nice soft light when we didnt want the main ones on.

Whew! I'm done. I think that's the fastest I've ever put the Christmas stuff away.

Now the cats are enjoying a bit of catnip. They'll be content the rest of the day.

All we did was hang 3 wreaths in our doors. It seemed like a lot of work to decorate when we weren't going to be home.

While we missed seeing them, the lack of tear down and packing away was nice!

The tree is still up and will probably remain so until the end of the month. I hate this frigging time of the year. Everything is gray, dead, colorless to the eye and frozen to the touch. A lighted Christmas tree on the weekends reminds one of all the good, warm and pleasant times not long passed.
