Hope the house fix up is "cosmetic zazzification" rather than, like - shoring up some kinda sagging foundation or that there type thing.

Some work on the deck, but nothing of major consequence. Just stuff we ignored for a while. Foundation and structure are sound.
Not much to report from the book sale. Two humor books, one Uncle John Bathroom Reader and one collection of humor from an outdoor magazine.
