This dog of a book was written by Will Fowler. Hopefully he will be happy in his next line of work because author just isn't it. This book is the dregs with disjointed construction, a remarkable lack of useful maps and more typos than I would expect from a 7th grader.

I will have to check on who the publisher was and perhaps secure some part time employment correcting grammar and syntax errors if we move near their facilities.

I was under the impression that the "new final word" on Kursk was that the Germans had come a tiny, wee, weensy bit closer to not failing utterly, absolutely and completely to achieve their objective than was - previous to the point that this came to light - believed to be the case.

Dumbass must not have read anything on the Axis forums site. They've got at least a dozen well researched, major German offensives that went nowhere, or with little gain after Kursk.

It wasn't that the guy was way, way off base, just that the work is so fucking sloppy as to be beyond belief! The rag was published in 2005.
