We talked about those at camp a couple of times. The word from the Colonel, who we believe has reason to know, is to cite Bachman Turner Overdrive, "You ain't seen nothing yet, b-b-b-baby you just ain't seen nothing yet!"
We can in theory build them to do things that the human body would not tolerate. The use of robotics will allow us to do so.
This increases their effectiveness and deadliness. Sadly I think it will also make war easier, at least for those that can afford the technology against those who can't.
