A very nice chinese story about two events during the time of Tang Dynasty when a former Japanese diplomat student and a Tang Dynasty captain were hot on each others trail ....at the same time a caravan carrying the sacred bone of the Buddha was chased by group of bandits lead by their ruthless leader ...it appears that all were on the same trail to a city ..will the captain and the Japanese diplomat combine to help the caravan carrying the sacred bone of Buddha and protect the general's daughter from the bandits ????
