| The house of God in that verse is an EARTHLY PLACE (the Temple) the Gr. Word used is bayith which means a house, temple. It is NOT the DWELLING PLACE of God.
In John 14:2 the Gr. Word used is oikia which means a place of abode or a home.
Heaven is the place where God ABIDES JB. Jesus is preparing a mansion for me in the DWELLING PLACE of God.
John 14:2
2 "In My Father's house (DWELLING PLACE) are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.
(NAS)
Again, I'm suggesting you COME OUT of the darkness.
