Well, IN FACT ... the second instance of "Lord" in the above quote is NOT YHWH.
Got that? It is NOT YHWH.
It is "adonai."
The Lord (YHWH) said unto my Lord (adonai).
That changes things completely because it says that Yaweh said to adonai ... and adonai is a HUMAN "lord".
