Response to the Kingdom of God comes not with Observation: Jack said that means with hostile intent
You are correct, Jack incorrect. Good post. There is a very old Delphic aphorism which covers it all. "Man, know thyself, for in thyself is all there is to know."
We are cosmos (God) fused into one. We are a homogenoeus blend of mineral, vegetable, human and animal stuff, plus a fragment of the Frequency John l calls the Word...God.
The Frequency (the Father within our bodies, God) acting like a Cosmic Magnet, draws the human soul through every possible experience unti human soul "ASCENDS" to at-one-ment with its Frequency (God) within. The Bible, as well as all other "holy" books of every religion, depicts the "drawing upward" in different ways. But with identical meaning.
Then this "at-one-ment of human soul and our God within (our name for it is the Monad) ascends, is "drawn into", reabsorbed by, blended with, merges with, by its Source, the Word, which is reabsorbed by its Source Space...GOD. The Prodigal Son has returned to the Father's home.
The Word (the planetary Logos) is a Frequency that has attracted matter to itself forming its body of expression. We are the same with our bodies of expression; the bodies, the vessels we are making sanctified and meet for the Master's (the Word's) use. What' we'? That replica of the Word homogeneous with our body of expression; the replica called 'God' in Psalm 82.6...the real "US."
Understanding this seems to come down to the age of one's Christ within. Can one believe scripture, even when scripture refutes one's religious teaching, understanding? Or will one decide to go with one's interpretation, one's Old Brain thinking that has placed God and His kingdom far away in a distant and remote heaven? When religion and scripture conflict, which should be accepted?
