Response to for the scientists in here

I didnt know the brain hemispheres were so differentiated in their functioning. IBM and most other computer architectures are surprisingly similar in how they operated these days too. They often use a concept of north bridge and south bridge where the processor (left side of the brain) communicates with certain dedicated chips such as the graphics chip, the sound ship, USB, hard drives etc, which only operate autonomously collecting their info for the "cognitive" processor. It sounds like they act a bit like the right hemisphere of the brain in collecting here and now data aquisition/moving limbs type stuff.

Jill talked about what her body felt like when her processor was offline and all she had access to was her right brain inputs, she felt like she was touching nirvana, which might just mean she realised that her right brain was giving all "green - status is good" to her non functioning cognitive functions.

I would imagine if her left side functioning had got much worse though she might not have even been able to process pleasure or pain either. We certainly dont spend much time thinking about the brain malfunctioning in so grand a style normally.

I personally dont make a connection between her experience and the hereafter, but maybe she did, depending on where she was testifying I guess.

She was losing herself, and experiencing what I think a lot of people may yearn for, her left brain control giving way to just experiencing without judgement of the input of her right brain data.

Given that I dont see the human body development (or the human mind) to be connected to gods (I think man created the gods rather than vice versa) I might see this as evidence of man creating nirvana rather than god doing it.

Man has glimpsed it at times, during low left brain activity times. It represents a nothingness, lack of anxiety, just a hear and now restfulness, release from activity.
