So yes, anything is possible in your Universe if "God" dun it. Even if you don't have a clue how. I simply said that God operates within the laws that he created for the Universe, in my opinion -- nothing carnal or inconsistent here.
Yes, dolphins and gorillas, and dogs, birds, whales and a whole host of other animals are capable of communication, and we are making great inroads in this regard. But none of them have starting using human speech. Just a slight quibble there. Smile.
Why would God have a donkey talk? It's illogical.
While I can agree that God is all powerful, all indications are s/he doesn't micro manage, and any claims of talking donkeys can be attributed to fanciful thought, or hallucination, or perhaps allegory.
