True knowledge is for EVERYONE ... wherever they're at. If one wishes to share knowledge, it's supposedly for the betterment of the people receiving that knowledge. There's no need to pull people away from their family, friends and familiar life ... unless they see a need for that themselves.
Now, it's true that there often IS a level of knowledge which an individual may have, which is not "suitable" to share publicly ... but that's only because no one cares to know about it! Shit, there's a lot of stuff I'd like to share myself but it's pointless because there's no audience for it. Does it frustrate me? Somewhat. But should I get mad about it? No. What's the point? If they don't want to know, why should I try to shovel it on regardless?
